Special machine construction, metalworking, prototype construction, toolmaking, machining technology, fixture construction, CNC milling, CNC turning – all technical terms for just a part of our range of services. We process metal in any way – precisely and to the micrometer. Our production, the core of our company, is optimally equipped for all tasks – so we can also implement special requests and special solutions flexibly and perfectly.

Our services at a glance
CNC MILLING
Our milling machines can process milled parts with a size of 7000 mm by 3500 mm and a unit weight of 26 tonnes.
CNC TURNING
Turned parts from a diameter of 1 mm to 1000 mm and a length of up to 4000 mm can be machined on a CNC machine.
Parts from a diameter of 1 mm up to 2000 mm and a length of 350 mm can be machined on an NC machine.
METAL CONSTRUCTION
In our welding shop we can produce welded parts for you. We have 4 saws with a size of Ø 550 mm and 6 welding stations with swivel cranes.
With a keyseating machine we can cut grooves up to a width of 75 and a length of 700 mm. On our grinding machine we can grind parts of a size of 300 mm x 700 mm.
WATER JET CUTTING
On our high precision water jet machine we can cut parts up to a size of 4000 mm x 2000 mm and a thickness of up to 150 mm. With an accuracy of 0.02 mm!
The machine is also equipped with a dividing head.
PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION
We take over the production of various prototypes for you. Starting with individual parts, conversion of existing machines, up to complete production or new developments, we are your contact.
IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT
Since the beginning of 2019, we have been working together with KOHLS Maschinenbau GmbH in a cooperation that is planned and designed for the long term.
SPECIAL MACHINE CONSTRUCTION
Whether for industry, forestry or agriculture – we build special machines for you.
SPECIAL MACHINES FOR TRANSFORMER CONSTRUCTION
We produce taping machines and low-lift trucks developed in-house for transformer construction.
